Here are a few things to get you going...
- All lessons are held at the Radium Hot Springs Pool.
- Please arrive early to have your swimmer changed and ready for the lesson start time
- Please check in at the front desk to let the pool staff know you are here for swim lessons. If your lessons start before 9am, the pool is not open to the public, but the doors will be open for you to come on in and down to the change rooms.
- Any family members wishing to swim during this time, or before / after the swim lesson with their child are required to pay the admission fee. Please let them know you are in the lesson set and they will give you the $1.00 discount/family. If you wish to stay on the lower level, the pool usually requires you to pay admission. Your lesson swimmer swims free if you wish to stay after the class. Parent and Tot classes allow for only ONE parent admission to the pools after the lesson.
- Please meet in the swim club room. Your instructors will pick up and drop off the lesson participants here each class. Please be there to pick them up on time as the instructors have other lessons waiting to get started.
- The swim club room is the room at the bottom of the elevators by the cool pool.
- Please use the men's and women's change room down the hallway. The washrooms and lockers close to the club area are for special needs patrons and get very busy.
- Do not shower your child prior to lessons.
- Lockers are a non-refundable Token available at the front desk for $1.00.
